The Giftedness Center and First Colleyville have partnered to bring one of the most powerful gift assessments available in a weekend workshop called Discover Your Design (DYD®). Based on a biblical understanding of giftedness, participants will have the opportunity to come to a profound understanding of the work God designed them to do. By gaining a much clearer picture of his or her own God-given giftedness participants will be able to see the role God has for them to play and make informed career and ministry choices. Note that giftedness is not about what you do, but how you do what you do. The giftedness is in you, in your behavior—not in a task or occupation.
